Maggie and Todd’s house was one of those homes you walk into and immediately feel at home. Their daughter, Cleo, is the same age as my daughter, so it was fun to interact with her and see all the similarities. When I first arrived, Cleo was very interested in my camera bag wanting to know about everything inside and couldn’t wait for me to start taking pictures of her. Little did she know, that her little brother, Clayton, would be the star of the show that day 🙂 . On the way to their home, rain was pouring down in sheets that I could barely see 30 feet in front of me. I knew we’d have to stay close to their windows to maximize on natural light. I’m absolutely obsessed with how their images turned out. The dark, more moody images perfectly captured the lighting that day and made for some beautiful images to document this new family of four!
